Upon your first visit, to our office, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and welcomed as a member of our Living Well family. We ask that you take a few minutes to fill out some “New Patient Forms” so that we may gain a better understanding of what brings you to our office.
Dr. Sundstrom will have a one on one, private consultation, with you, in order to answer all your questions. He can then determine if Chiropractic Care can benefit you. Once you have consented, you will have a complete Chiropractic Exam, which will include: testing your reflexes as well as standard orthopedic, neurological, postural, and physical testing. If necessary, Dr. Sundstrom may take X-rays or refer you for additional testing.
Once all the information has been gathered and the exams are complete, Dr. Sundstrom will give you a report of findings and advise you of his recommendations for treatment.
Our office participates in many insurance programs. We also accept auto accident liens, and workers compensation cases. For more information about our office, or to find out if your insurance covers Chiropractic care, please call 916-685-6380. We offer everyone a free, no obligation, consultation.
We also accept flexible payment programs for those patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage.
