My name is Chad Sundstrom. I am from a small town in northern California, Gualala. Elk Grove has the same small town feel that Gualala had growing up, and that is what drew me to Elk Grove in June of 1997, after I graduated from Life West Chiropractic College. Prior to Chiropractic College I spent 4 years at Sacramento State University where I studied exercise physiology. As you probably imagine exercise is a big part of my treatment philosophy. I encourage all patients to engage in some type of regular exercise. I truly look forward to coming to the office each and every day, and helping my patients reach whatever health goals that they have.

I have had the pleasure to work at Living Well Clinic since 2002 assisting Dr. Chad Sundstrom. I don't know that you would call my job work, I spend most of my time getting to know new patients and "catching up" with our current patients. When I am not busy talking, laughing, or listening my other duties are office manager and billing specialist. I have had the honor to see Dr. Sundstrom's chiropractic office grow from a chiropractic practice into an all around wellness facility.

Krystal Jimenez
I have worked at Living Well Clinic since 2003 and have enjoyed being the "patient tour guide of therapies." I am the patient coordinator and my job consists of making sure all patients are well taken care of and "nice and loosened up" prior to their adjustment. The best part about working with Dr. Sundstrom is that I get to see patients' health and well being improve everyday. I, also went on the purification/weight management program, and feel proud to be able to be an inspiration to others.

Esther Alexander
I have worked at Living Well Clinic since 2006 assisting Dr. Sundstrom and Kimber- you will find me at the front desk checking in patients and scheduling. Although I only work a couple days a week, I feel like the Living Well Clinic is my second home.

Lara Zeidberg, M.A., L.Ac.
I specialize in treating chronic pain, pain of injury, sciatica, allergies, fertility concerns, digestive disorders, and weight loss.
I am committed to facilitating renewal and healing for every patient, and enjoy seeing my patients' progress and return to great health. My patients also seem to enjoy the deep relaxation that acupuncture provides.
I have been practicing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine since 1997. I earned my Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches Institute, in Santa Cruz, California, and became licensed through the California State Acupuncture Board, as well as the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
I maintained a private practice in Santa Cruz until moving to Elk Grove to join Living Well Clinic in the spring of 2006.
